In today's episode, I'm going to share with you five ways to leverage in your business.

I bet you haven't even considered some of these things as being leveraging your time, but they absolutely are, and they are super duper sexy.

What do I mean by leverage?

When it comes to leveraging your time, it's where you put one measure of time in, and it happens multiple times... It's where you do something once and it works for you over and over again.

Leveraging your time can be done in a bunch of different ways.

You can leverage your time by doing something once, and then:

  • Having someone else do it for you
  • Automating it
  • Having people be able to purchase it over and over again

In this episode, I'm going to break down leverage in your business to the five key ways that you could be leveraging. I want to really open up your eyes to what the possibilities are right now, rather than feeling like you need to have to wait until you're able to leverage in delivery (which is the last of the ways that I'm going to talk about).

For a lot of people when I talk about leverage, they think the only way they can get leverage in their business is to have a group program,  course, membership, or something along those lines.

But there are other ways to leverage.

The other ways that you can leverage are things that you can do waaayyyy before you're ready to dive into delivering a group program...

In today's episode, I'm answering the listener question, "What do you call yourself? Should you be a mentor, a coach or a consultant? And how do you choose?"

Our question today comes from the fabulous Katerina Andreou. You can find Katerina on Instagram at @kat_andreou. (I think you might want to go and check her out when you find out what it is that she does!)

The question that I got from Kat was:

"What is the difference between being a consultant, coach and mentor? ow do you get out there as one of those three things when people know you as something else?

For example, I was a VA who specialised in social media. And now I help people with social media and I think I should call myself a social media consultant. How can you choose which one of these three is right for you? And how do you start spreading the word when you have changed?"

There are a few layers to this question, but I really want to dive deep into what it is that you call yourself because this can be a sticking point for a lot of people. I've even worked with people who are in startup who have delayed getting their business set up and started for months because they still don't know what to call themselves.

That is a big mistake! The most important thing you need to do is get out there as quickly as possible.

It is easier to change the direction of a car when it's moving.

In today's episode, I'm going to share with you how to make more sales by bringing onboard affiliates.

Bringing onboard affiliates is where you pay commission to people who sell your products and services on your behalf. It's something I get asked about a lot, so I wanted to make sure we go through it thoroughly with an episode today.

In today's episode, I'm going to share with you five creative ways that you can get more referrals in your business.

This is an area where a lot of us just leave it to everyone else to do the work and get the referrals for us. We don't necessarily take an active role in encouraging referrals. But this can be a big mistake because you can get so many leads simply by creatively and non-aggressively encouraging people to send through referrals.

I'm going to break it down for you in this episode.

In this special podcast episode, I'm going to let you know how I prepared for an extended break from my business.

That's right! Right now I am likely laid up in bed recovering from a major surgery. This is Tash from the past bringing this podcast episode to you that I pre-recorded in advance.

I am planning to take around four weeks off from my business because I'm having a very major surgery, and I'm going to take some time to recover.

I thought this podcast episode would be really helpful to just lay out for you how I prepared for this extended break, and also how you can start preparing your business so that you can take an extended break when (and if) you need and want to.

My answer might actually surprise you!

Not only am I going to talk about how I manage my social media platforms, but I'm also going to talk through how I've scaled up to the space that I'm in today because what I'm doing isn't necessarily going to work for everyone - especially not if you're in the early stages of business.

I want to talk about the early stages as well as what to do as your business starts to scale up.

In today's episode of the Heart-Centred Business Podcast, I'm talking about how to celebrate success and reward yourself.

This podcast episode is called Stop, Celebrate, and Listen.

(Yes, that's a really bad Vanilla Ice reference, but I am who I am!)

The point of this podcast episode is that you deserve a reward.

It's important that we look at how we stop and celebrate, and how we reward ourselves as entrepreneurs, as business owners, and also just as human beings.

It's a really common question that I see online a lot. Sometimes people have had their first-ever $10,000 month and don't know what to do to celebrate or how to reward themself, so they'll looking for ways to bribe themself and really tempt themself for a goal for the next 30 days.

In my programs, we actually talk about rewarding ourselves and celebrating because it's something that we aren't particularly practised at.

There's a big difference between buying yourself that lovely handbag, and deeply and intrinsically engaging in a process of celebrating yourself and your successes. And also making the way that you do business rewarding for yourself or taking care of your very basic needs.

For me, celebrating success and rewarding yourself goes way deeper than just the 'treat yourself' kind of mentality.

There's a big difference between that and really going deep into how far and wide reward mechanisms can go, and also understanding the fact that we never really celebrate ourselves, and we need to learn how to be more practised at that.

I've got five key things that I wanted to cover in this episode.

In today's episode, I'm going to help you get more followers on Facebook.

If this is something that you're needing help with - if you need a little bit of a boost to your strategy - then this is the episode for you...

If you've listened to me for any length of time, you've probably heard me say that the number of followers that you have on Facebook isn't necessarily an important driver or metric to be focused on - especially not in the early stages of business.

With that being said, your audience size does matter.

It's important for us to know that you've got strategies in place to start growing that audience so that you're reaching more people, and then also ensuring that you're nurturing them, generating leads and making sales.

Whilst for most people, their number one priority right now is NOT increasing their audience or increasing their reach, it is something that we want to look after and make sure we've got some strategies in place for it.

It's generally the type of thing that's going to take the most time to snowball and start to get some momentum.

There are some really simple strategies that you can put in place to start looking after future-you and the future growth of your audience by putting them in place today.

Here are my five tips on growing your audience and getting more followers on Facebook:

In today's episode, I'm going to break it down for you: How do you overcome a fear of success?

And, first and foremost, do you HAVE a fear of success?

I've also got a super juicy deal for you at the end of this episode!

Before we work out how you overcome your fear of success, let's first check-in on whether you have a fear of success.

Actually, we all do. We all have a fear of success at some level.

There is a level of success that we could achieve, or a type of success that we could achieve, that we feel will have negative consequences - whether we are conscious of those beliefs around the negative consequences or whether it is a subconscious belief.

This is one of the most consistent questions that I get about creating and launching leverage in your business. I wanted to do an episode where we talk about some of the mistakes and the reasoning behind your decisions.

I've also got an epic and gorgeous little quiz in the show notes that will help you to get a little clearer on some of those factors.

In this powerful episode of the Heart-Centred Business Podcast, we are going to be talking all about sales funnels. I'm also going to give you a few of my favourite sales funnels examples.

Ooohhh this is going to be juicy!

If you've been thinking about how you might be able to incorporate sales funnels into your business model, this is going to be a great episode for you.

First and foremost: What exactly is a sales funnel?

I know that we hear about them all over the place when we have an online business. For most of you, you'll already have sales funnels in place, it's just that you don't realise that that's what they are.

A sales funnel is simply a step by step process through which you take people from finding you, into buying from you. That's it.

That step by step process does not necessarily have to be a straight line process.

In today's episode, I'm going to answer the question, "What should you do if someone that you're speaking to in a sales conversation says that it sounds great but they can't afford it?"

Oooooh, it's a juicy episode.

First and foremost, I just want to say that this question and this podcast episode stems from a conversation that I had with someone many months ago in the Take Off program.

She came along to our live group call and said that she was having a sales conversation with someone and they said that it sounds amazing but that they couldn't afford it.

The person who raised this felt like she should have said, "What's it costing you to NOT invest?"

No, no, no, no, no. We do not need to say that at all.

In this episode, I want to make sure that I explain what I would do if someone said they can't afford it, as well as how to never ever make yourself or someone else feel gross. You never need to invalidate someone's statement that they can't afford to work with you.

Here are my four key steps:

In today's episode, I'm going to be laying out the TURN process for you. This is all about how to build messaging that converts.

It's a really practical episode of the podcast for you today, so I recommend grabbing a pen and paper if you can.

When I ask people what their biggest challenge is with getting clients from online places, it's generally one of two things. Either:

1. They're struggling to reach their ideal clients and audience, or

2. They're struggling with what to say and what their messaging should be doing in order to get those sales

It's a simple process in order to be able to refine your messaging online so that it converts.

There is a gap between what our audience thinks is going on and what they need in order to solve their problem, versus what we know is the deep transformation required.

In today's episode, we have a fabulous question from Catherine. Her question is about how much money she should put away for tax and investments. (Beware: I will answer this question but with A LOT of caveats).

I'm not a financial advisor, not a financial planner, not a tax accountant, and not a bookkeeper, but I can share my own personal experiences and what I wish I had done differently if I was starting over again. That is the lens through which I'm going to share.

If you feel like you need some support in this space, dive on into this episode. I've got some great resources at the end where I can point you to other people as well.

Before we begin, I will just reiterate that I'm not a financial advisor and not an accountant.

I do NOT recommend that you just take my word for this - I highly recommend you invest time and money in becoming knowledgeable in this space and getting personalised advice.

The advice that I'm going to be sharing today is very general in nature. It doesn't take into consideration your personal circumstances, it is simply me sharing from my perspective, what I did and what I wish I had done when I started my business.
